Restoration Hardware Distribution Center: A leading home furnishings retailer sets up shop in Grand Prairie.
When the City of Grand Prairie was awarded the $22-million Restoration Hardware distribution center, designing the approximately 820,000-square-foot warehouse situated on 50 acres began, with Pacheco Koch at the helm for civil engineering. The warehouse, located at the corner of SH 161 and Pioneer Parkway, includes a seven-acre amenity area around existing onsite wetlands.
