Park 20/360: Tearing down the old to make way for the new.
With its continued growth as a business and technology hub, Dallas has seen a surge of industrial parks, including Park 20/360. The 110-acre industrial park required a demo of an existing manufacturing facility with the plan for eight new buildings, but the construction of four buildings, totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet. Design of the overall infrastructure for the eight buildings and site development of the four buildings went to civil engineering firm, Pacheco Koch.
