The $6.8 million fire station was designed to meet LEED Gold certification. Professional services by Pacheco Koch include topographic survey, dimension control, site paving, grading and drainage, water and sanitary sewer and erosion control panels. As well as working directly with TxDOT for approval of a drive entrance, median modification and drainage ditch in the TxDOT right-of-way.
