All civil engineering and surveying aspects were handled by Pacheco Koch, with projects such as designing a 1,800-linear-foot public roadway including storm sewer infrastructure and main water extension, on-site development and stormwater management for all 45 acres, boundary and topographic surveying, land title surveying, and platting.
