Jennifer is a licensed professional engineer and certified professional traffic operations engineer bringing 16+ years of technical experience in both the private and public sectors. Her experience includes traffic signal design, site design, illumination design, ITS design, route planning, transportation modeling, roundabout modeling and concept plans, traffic signal warrant studies, roadway level of service analyses, traffic impact studies, site access and circulation studies, traffic signal timing, traffic control plans and intersection layout design.
