Eric is a professional land planner and urban designer certified with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). His 25 years of experience, collaborating with a diverse range of professionals in the design and real estate development industries, have created a unique skill set and an ability to understand the goals and needs of “both sides” of the development table. Eric’s experience in both the public and private sectors includes a wide range of project types and sizes, including land use plans, parks and recreation master plans, streetscapes, transit oriented development, form based codes, residential, commercial and mixed-use master plans, as well as municipal and private development land planning projects focused on sustainability and placemaking.
