Ocean Drive: Designing an oasis for city living right on the bay.
As one of the only apartment communities that sits directly on the Corpus Christi Bay, this 169-unit complex was a chance for Dallas-based landscape architects Pacheco Koch to take beautifully designed city living for a day at the beach. Sitting on three acres, this five-story podium design complex required a garage, landscaped terraces, two courtyards, an infinity pool facing the ocean, and a rooftop observation deck.
