Museum Tower: An architectural icon in the Arts District providing unparalleled living in the heart of Big D.
Creating elegantly designed exclusive living and unmatched services and amenities to LEED Gold Certification standards is never an easy feat. That’s why Pacheco Koch was up for the task as the land surveying and civil engineering firm for these residences. Museum Tower offers 123 multi-family residences amongst 42 floors on top of a three-story subsurface parking garage. Pacheco Koch provided full onsite engineering plans, TxDOT coordination, boundary verification, and a condominium plat.
