1920 McKinney: An office with a view in the heart of Uptown.
Whether tenants are there to take power lunches at the grill or rejuvenate after a short walk to Klyde Warren Park, this 12-story commercial office building has it all. Above- and below-grade parking structures are included in the development and offsite utility relocations, and McKinney Avenue street improvements are part of the project with Pacheco Koch responsible for land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services.
