The Federal Aviation Administration’s Southwest Regional Headquarters sits on 45 acres of land and boasts more than 357,000 square feet of six-story, build-to-suit office complex. All civil engineering and surveying aspects were handled by Pacheco Koch, with projects such as designing a 1,800-linear-foot public roadway including storm sewer infrastructure and main water extension, on-site development and stormwater management for all 45 acres, boundary and topographic surveying, land title surveying, and platting.
